Branch (N513). Despite being the most junior ranking officer in
the branch, quickly rose to assume responsibility as the Branch's
primary briefing officer. Regularly conducted briefs for the
highest leaders of the Navy. Regularly conducted all Naval
Strategy briefs for all Foreign Navy leaders' visits to the Pentagon.

Curriculum, Naval Postgraduate School (NPS), Monterey, CA.
While primarily a staff officer, also participated as a graduate
student in the National Security Affairs (NSA) Curriculum at NPS.
Completed full master's class credit hours. Suffered a critical
motor vehicle accident in MAR 00 that prevented completion of
master's thesis.
