Question 5: If you could improve/ change something what would it be? Cary- could be more organized and doesn't always go where directed Diane- communication between website and database Jessica- Too many clicks to find documents Kyle- Wished news releases had a more clean and easy version available such as a PDF (would be beneficial so he doesn't have to ask Marti for original copy). Maria- Mobile app for meetings would be beneficial Paxton- Not easy to find meetings right away, would like to see the meetings expanded on front page under upcoming events Robin- not for her, but capturing people on the website would be better for her (i.e. if there was a login) Question 6: Does the current site have all the information you & members need? Cary- . key issues only cover one story when there are more to cover, need to cross reference news story with key issue Question 7: Have you heard any feedback from members on website? Cary- nothing negative Jessica- cant find specific things on bookstore or registration Maria- this year members paid online so she walked members through payment process- however she thinks it is easy to follow Tyler- often receives calls about registration- but not in a negative way Paxton- Members like the registration process Question 8: Any Comments? Ashley- Administrative work could be improved, i.e. Forgotten passwords. Cary- Good with photograph use and entertaining content Jessica- homepage is good, subheadings could use improvement, search engine on website isn't very good Kyle- would like to discuss with server about state status instead of PDF's on site Maria- Concerned for look of meetings page- needs to resemble the current website so that members do not get confused. Paxton- Wish the website could be more personalized rather than structural/boxy Robin - wish it was more personalized like Amazon (i.e. toolbars showing recently visited or the pages that would appeal to that person the most)
