Briefly summarize to date your experience in relation to your goals for the internship. I feel that I am working well towards my goals with the help and feedback I am receiving from my lead instructors. The students have all seemed to understand and relate to the topic I have taught and have shown this during their practical scenario work.

2. Is this experience what you expected? Explain. This internship is much more than I had expected. I am learning so much about Kenya and the Individuals in my class, gaining great personal relationships while also growing as an instructor and learning the material I am teaching front and back and being very comfortable teaching it and answering questions about it.

3. Is this experience helping you to accomplish your expected goals? Explain. This experience is helping me accomplish and even outdo my goals. I am becoming a much more effective instructor, my lesson plans are very timely and full of the information needed, and the students really seem to understand the topics.

4. a. Is your agency supervisor adequate? Explain. Nick is very adequate, he is there to help when I have questions, he gives me very productive feedback to help me grow and accomplish my goals.

b. Is the University supervisor adequate? Explain. Being in a foreign country, it is hard for Steve to be as involved, but before my trip Steve was very helpful and accommodating. I feel he will be the same after I return.

5. How can the internship experience be more meaningful? The only thing I can think of that would make this experience more meaningful would be to make it longer. a. What can you do to make it so? Take the mountain internship Mountain Education & Development offers. b. What can the agency do to make it so? Extend the dates of this internship. 6. What experience would you like to see given more emphasis during the remainder of your time with the agency? More productive feedback and more lesson topics to teach the students.
