Regulamentul Concursurilor Internaionale colare Winners

1. Invitm permanent toate Instituiile Educaionale din Romnia i alte ri la Concursurile WINNERS. Orice instituie doritoare are dreptul s participe la aceste concursuri prin elevii din cls. I-XII, achiziionnd revistele Winners, n condiiile anunate n invitaie, n revistele Winners i pe site-ul Coordonatorului Winners, indiferent dac din anumite motive care nu in de noi nu au primit o invitaie la ediia curent sau cele precedente. 2. Toate Instituiile Educaionale participante la Concursurile Winners au obligaia de a lua cunotin de Regulamentul Concursurilor nainte de achitarea revistelor (chiar i colile care a din alte surse dect din invitaie), din momentul nscrierii considerndu-se acceptate toate condiiile de organizare, corectare si premiere ale Concursurilor Winners. 3. Participarea la un concurs pentru o seciune se face cu minim 15 elevi n cazul n care numrul total, la nivel de coal, la toate cele apte concursuri, este sub 50 de concureni. colile cu puini participani se pot nscrie la o alt coal cu muli participani sau se vor grupa cu o alt coal cu puini participani. Elevii se pot nscrie la toate seciunile. Este permis i nscrierea elevilor ce nu studiaz limba englez la clas. Nu este necesar comunicarea numelor elevilor pe o separat, acestea se completeaz de ctre ei nii pe a de concurs; excepie de la aceast regul se face doar pentru clasa I, unde nvtorul completeaz nainte de concurs doar clasa, materia i datele personale de concurs ale elevului. 4. Fiecare seciune de concurs se susine simultan, la nivel internaional, de regul n instituiile educaionale i const ntr-un test gril n general cu 16-22 ntrebri (16 subiecte clasa I si la matematica clasele V-XII, 22 la clasele II-XII) ecare avnd 5 variante de rspuns, dintre care numai una corect, iar pentru clasele III XII exist nc un subiect, non gril, obligatoriu, pe verso-ul ei de rspuns. Ultimul subiect non-gril este de departajare, reprezint proba de baraj i Etapa Internaional a Concursurilor Winners, permind accesul la marile premii. Numai daca se rezolv corect toate subiectele gril, se va corecta i puncta ultimul subiect non-gril. Este permis utilizarea ciornelor n timpul concursului, dar acestea vor pstrate de ctre participani. mpreun cu revistele. Atenie! Aviz amatorilor! Acolo unde suspiciunea de copiere va foarte mare, chiar evident- statistic sau n alt mod- subiectul non-gril nu va mai corectat iar punctajul obinut la subiectele tip gril va sczut considerabil inclusiv elevilor studioi i merituoi care au permis altora, mai puin studioi i merituoi, s copieze dup ei. 5. Revistele ce conin i subiectele Concursurilor Winners plus ele de rspuns se trimit pe adresa colii, pe numele organizatorului principal, iar dac nu este stabilit, pe numele organizatorului cu cei mai muli concureni. Imediat dup primire, coletul se desface n prezena D-nei/ D-lui Director, se veric numrul de reviste i e-gril primite, apoi se sigileaz i se redeschide doar n ziua stabilit pentru concurs. Nu rspundem pentru eventuala neprimire a revistelor nainte de proba de concurs datorat potei, nscrierii incorecte, trzii sau incomplete i nici pentru neprimirea rspunsurilor elevilor datorat potei. 6. Programul din ziua concursului este urmtorul: ora 8:40 - intrarea elevilor n sli, desigilarea coletelor; ora 8:50 - se mpart ele de rspuns si se completeaz cu atenie (a se vedea punctul 7); ora 9:10 - dup ce ele de rspuns s-au completat, se mpart revistele coninnd subiectele de concurs; ora 9:15 - 10:55/11:35 -derularea concursului. Elevii vor lucra individual timp de maxim 100 de minute (cu excepia concursului de Matematic la care vor lucra maxim 140 de minute). ora 10:55/11:35 -se strng ele speciale cu rspunsuri. Fiele trebuie orientate la fel, aranjate pe clase descendent (clasa cea mai mic deasupra), separarate pe clase prin orice modalitate observabil, introduse n faa clasei n plicul de retur i expediate n aceeai zi (prin curier, recomandat sau cu conrmare de primire, pentru siguran; pstrai un xerox sau o scanare a lucrrilor i pentru a le verica prinii concurenilor), eventual mpreun cu propuneri de organizare, sugestii de premiere i observaii clare i argumentate cu obiectivitate, referitoare la subiectele de concurs, pe adresa din antet. Solicitm cu insisten a nu se trimite ele cu rspunsuri de la mai multe seciuni in acelasi plic sau n aceeai zi. Nu este permis desfurarea concursurilor n alte zile sau ore dect de comun acord cu coordonatorii Winners. 7. nainte de nceperea ecrei probe de concurs, cadrele didactice indrumatoare vor verica completarea corect i obligatorie a urmtoarelor opt rubrici: Rubrica 1 - se completeaz numele colii, localitatea i judeul; Rubrica 2 - datele de contact ale elevului: e-mailul, tel. mobil i tel. x; Rubrica 3 -se umple cercul corespunztor clasei. ATENIE! la concursul de limba englez, n cazul n care cadrul didactic ndrumtor va considera c subiectele primite sunt peste sau sub nivelul concurenilor, le va indica acestora un alt test ntreg (o clas) de subiecte potrivite, de la o alt clas, corespunztoare nivelului lor de pregtire/anului de studiu (se va alege un singur test ntreg corespunztor unei clase i nu subiecte din diferite clase). Elevii vor bifa pe doar clasa aleas pentru test; Rubricile 4, 5 - scrierea numelui i a primului prenume, apoi neaprat umplerea cercurilor corespunztor numelui i prenumelui; Rubrica 6 - se umple cercul corespunztor seciunii la care concureaz elevul n acea zi; Rubrica 7 - se completeaz numerele de telefon si e-mailurile prinilor; Rubrica 8 - se umple (total, dar far s se depeasc) un singur cerc corespunztor rspunsului ales, la ecare dintre subiecte. Not: se recomand mai nti rezolvarea pe ciorne, apoi completarea rubricii cu rspunsurile corecte, evitndu-se astfel tersturile care conduc automat la anularea rspunsului respectiv. 8. Pentru clasele III-XII punctajul unui test-gril ( notat P 3-12 ) este dat de formula: P 3-12 = (nr. rspunsuri corecte realizate de ctre elev / nr. total de subiecte tip gril) x 50 + 40 puncte din ociu. P 3-12 este cuprins ntre 40 si 90 puncte. Punctarea lui P 3-12 se face prin rotunjire la punct . Pentru rezolvarea perfect a subiectului non-gril se acord 10,00 puncte, astfel punctajul nal maxim posibil este de 100,00 puncte. Pentru clasele I-II punctajul unui test-gril ( notat P 1-2 ) este dat de formula: P 1-2 = (nr. rspunsuri corecte realizate de ctre elev / nr. total de subiecte tip gril) x 60 + 40 puncte din ociu P 1-2 este cuprins ntre 40 si 100 de puncte. Punctarea lui P 1-2 se face prin rotunjire la punct. 9. n cazul unui subiect formulat greit (existena mai multor variante corecte de rspuns, greeal de tipograe sau alte erori) se acord punctajul maxim pentru acel subiect. n acest sens, organizatorii pot trimite odat cu ele de rspuns observaii clare i argumentate cu obiectivitate. 10. Toti concurenii din clasele I-XII care obin maxim 69 de puncte vor primi diplome de competitivitate. Pentru clasa I se ofer diplome de meniune de la 70-92 puncte, premiul III pentru 93-95 puncte, premiul II pentru 96-99 puncte i premiul I pentru 100 puncte. Pentru clasa a II-a se ofer diplome de meniune de la 70-94 puncte, premiul III pentru 95-96 puncte, premiul II pentru 97-99 puncte i premiul I pentru 100 puncte. Pentru clasele III-XII se acord diplome de meniune pentru punctaje de la 70 la 87 puncte, premiul III pentru 88-89 puncte, premiul II pentru punctaje de la 90 la 97 puncte i premiul I de la 98 la 100 puncte. Marile premii se acord n ordinea descresctoare a punctajelor pentru concurenii care rezolv i subiectul non-gril. n caz de dicultate n repartizarea premiilor se poate lua n considerare numrul de premiani la nivel de instituie educaional i mediile colare. Se acord si un premiu pentru colile cu o participare mare (peste 400 de elevi). Se acorddiplom organizatorilor cu minim 15 concureni n total. Premiile i diplomele vor primite aproximativ n ianuarie pentru ediia din toamn i n luna mai pentru ediia din primvar. 11. Organizatorii locali din instituia educaional vor completa toate certicatele; de asemenea i diplomele ce se acord ecrui elev, la ecare seciune, punctajul obinut, datele acestuia i dac este cazul, Premiul I, II, III sau Meniune, la aarea clasamentului, aat pe site. 12. Eventualele contestaii se pot face n termen de 72 de ore din momentul arii rezultatelor pe site-ul Winners. Contestaia valabil se face n scris prin pot, doar de ctre organizatorul principal din coal, dup ce un organizator local i-a vericat n scris rspunsurile concurentului dup copia lucrrii; aceast vericare scris i semnat trebuie s nsoeasc contestaia. 13. n cazul n care, din diverse motive, premiul nu este ridicat n maxim trei luni de zile de la data oferirii lui (data premierii), va retras denitiv catigtorului acestuia i va intra n fondul de premiere viitor. Nu suportm cheltuielile legate de deplasarea pan la locul de plecare n tabr sau la punctul nostru de lucru. 14. Organizatorii i concurenii au obligaia s consulte permanent site-ul nostru pentru a la curent cu eventualele modicri de program, regulament, premiere sau organizare privind Concursurile Winners. 15. Coordonatorul Internaional Winners ii rezerv dreptul de a lua msurile necesare unei bune derulri a ntregului program Winners, inclusiv ajustarea prezentului regulament, cu o ntiinare prealabil. 16. Toate materialele expediate ctre coordonatorul Winners devin proprietatea acestuia din momentul recepiei lor i ar putea folosite n aciuni de publicitate i marketing. 17. Amintim organizatorilor locali, elevilor si prinilor dreptul nostru de a ne selecta colaboratorii. 18. ncheierea contractului de parteneriat este facultativ i nu este o condiie a participrii la concurs. Doritorii pot totui ncheia acest contract pe perioad nedeterminat ( se poate lista de pe site-ul nostru).
