    Opportunities Finish Jail term and join Politics Jail break and take revenge on Thakur and Veeru Jail break and find a new village and continue to be outlaw Rebanding and finding new recruits

    SO Prior experience as a dacoit would help him in rebanding. Motivation derived from feeling of revenge, will help him in taking revenge on Thakur and veeru.

    WO Since he has lost his credibility as a dacoit, he can focus on finishing his jail term and join politics in future. Since he does not have his own resources, he can focus on finding new village.

    Threats Organized strength and resourcefulness of Thakur Threat from Veeru Threat from villagers Threat from police

    ST Though acclimatized with the topography of village, he faces an immediate threat from villagers, police and Thakur. Feeling of revenge which motivates him, might cloud his sense of judgment underestimating Thakur

    WT Lack of his own resources, vis--vis the organized strength of Thakur may be detrimental for him, if hes planning for revenge. Because of his loss of credibility as a dacoit, he may face threat from villagers.

    Critical Success Factors or Possible Options: Considering a short term plan , the possible solution is considering going to another village , wherein he can find recruits, resources, no loss of credibility or threat from Thakur or Veeru . Also he can reorganize and strengthen his group and then plan on taking revenge.
