Dear Mother of Perpetual Help from the cross Jesus gave you to us for our Mother. You are the kindness, the most loving of all mothers. Look tenderly on us your children as we now ask you to help us in all our needs especially this one (Pause to recall your petitions) While you were on earth, dear Mother you willing shared in the sufferings of your Son. Mother of Perpetual Help, we choose you as Queen of our homes. We ask you to bless all our families with your tender motherly love. May the Sacrament of Marriage bind husbands and wives so closely together that they will always be faithful to each other and love one another as Christ love His Church. We ask you to bless all parents, may they love and cherish their children whom God has entrusted to them. May they always give them the example of a truly Christian life. Panalangin sa Novena
Mahal na Ina ng Laging Saklolo, buhat sa krus ibinigay ka sa amin ni Hesus upang maging Ina namin. Ikaw ang pinakamabait, pinakamasintahin sa lahat ng mga ina. Buong giliw mong tunghayan kaming iyong mga anak na ngayon ay humihingi ng iyong tulong sa lahat ng aming pangangailangan lalung-lalo na ang biyayang ito (tumigil at sabihin ang iyong mga hangarin). Noon ikaw ay nasa lupa, minamahal na Ina, ikaw ay buong pusong nakiramay sa paghihirap ng iyong Anak. Sa tulong ng iyong pananalig at pagtitiwala sa maka-Amang pagmamahal ng Diyos tinanggap mo ang Kanyang Mahiwagang Kalooban. Mayroon din kaming mga krus at mga tiisin sa buhay. Kung minsan ang mga ito'y parang hindi na namin kayang pasanin. Pinakakamahal na Ina, bahaginan mo kami ng iyong malaking pagtitiwala sa Diyos. Ipaunawa mo na walang katapusan ang pagmamahal ng Diyos sa amin, at tinutugon Niya ang lahat ang aming mga panalangin sa paraang makabubuti sa amin. Palakasin mo ang aming loob sa pagpapasan ng krus tulad ng iyong Banal na Anak. Tulungan mong maunawaan namin na sinumang nakikibahagi sa krus ni Kristo ay tiyak na makakabahagi rin ng Kanyang muling pagkabuhay. Ina ng Laging Saklolo, pinili ka naming Reyna ng aming tahanan. Hinihiling naming pagpalain mo ang aming pamilya sa pamamagitan ng iyong matimyas na pagmamahal. Mahigpit nawang bigkisin ng Sakramento ng Kasal ang mga mag-asawa upang lagi silang maging tapat at mapagmahal sa isa't-isa tulad ng pagmamahal ni Kristo sa Santa Iglesia. Hinihiling naming pagpalain mo ang lahat ng mga magulang. Mahalin nawa nila ang mga anak na ipinagkatiwala ng Diyos sa kanila.
