I, JOSE AUTIDA, of legal age, single, Filipino, with office address at c/o Atty. Leo S. Giron, TIGER LAW OFFICE, No. 253 Avenida Veteranos, Tacloban City, after having been duly sworn depose and say: 1. That I am a secretary of the above law office of Atty. Leo S. Giron. 2. That on this day, MARCH 6, 2009, at the post office located at Tacloban City, I mailed, through registered mail with return card, a copy of a COMPLAINT-IN-INTERVENTION to be filed with the Regional Trial Court, Branch 36, Carigara, Leyte, entitled, Estrella Avestruz-Go vs. Alejandro Caballes, et al., in an envelope plainly addressed to the counsel of the plaintiff Atty. Generoso Casimpan, Alangalang, Leyte, and counsel for defendants Atty. Apolonio Rance, Carigara, Leyte, with instructions to the post office to return the same if it was not received by the addressees within ten (10) days from notice. 3. That pasted below are the registry receipts:
