Job Description: Pointe of Grace Ministry Coordinator

Personal Qualities:

POG desires a person who can discern opportunities for community service programs, multigenerational education, and lively fellowship that further our mission.

Administration/Management:

Ability to work with minimal supervision, to be a self-starter, to recognize areas of need and creatively focus appropriate resources towards solutions. 30. Efficient manager/detail oriented with strong background in the Lutheran faith. The position will establish a steady presence at POG during Sunday morning and throughout the week during limited office hours. The successful candidate must be a self-starter, demonstrate strong time management and organizational skills and have the ability to manage and delegate to others a diverse set of programs and projects dealing with a variety of age groups within and outside of the POG community. The position will be an important part of the POG leadership team that is exploring a transition of growth and expansion of ministries for the church.

Education:
