If You Remember Me Do not be sad that I am gone: Be glad that I was here. If you remember me at all, Remember Love not tears. Do not say how you miss me, Do not recall my pain, Look for a time I helped you, Let happy times remain. If you keep my memory in your heart Let it bring joy to view, Be glad for the time that I had here, Recall my love for you. And, one thing more, be glad for me; That I could share with you The fun, the laughs, the best, and the worst, For you were needed, too. So sing a song and have a laugh And, if you think of me, Please let it be with joy and love, And keep my spirit free. If you remember me at all, Remember me with cheer. Do not be sad that I am gone, Be glad that I was here. -Berniece Bell-

Prayer
Grant, oh Lord, to all who are bereaved the spirit of faith and courage, that they may have strength to meet the days to come with steadfastness and patience; not sorrowing as those without hope, but in thankful remembrance of your great goodness, and in the joyful expectations of eternal life with those they love. And this we ask in the name of Jesus Christ Our Savior. Amen
