The superiors did not communicate. He worked hard but never got

appreciation. Superiors follow a hierarchy. There is competition within the organization

Every supervisor is acting like

super analyst instead of supervisors

People dont know that what they are

supposed to do, so you they just grind it out as best as they can.
Everything is done at a very hectic pace. Changes are made at the last minute so

mistakes are tend to happen.

Bosses are not motivating.

Lack of co-operation,

coordination.

employee were low esteemed. lack of responsibility in the

higher level.

SOLUTION
The superiors should appraise their sub ordinates.

Employees should be motivated. To create healthy atmosphere by helping each other. Every employee is precious so will setup a club of employee

where some activities will be in such way that everyone will feel special among themselves. Try to improve the communication between lower to higher level and vice-versa. Will preserve the positive attitude within myself and take the responsibility to make the system efficient. Will try my level best to get up in the hierarchy as early as possible so that changes can take place.

IF YOU WERE AL RUSKIN WOULD YOU STAY WITH THE AMALGAMATED INDUSTRIES OR LEAVE IT? If I were AL Ruskin I would not leave the amalgamated industries. The reason to my opinion are mentioned below:It cannot be said whether the next industry I go

into will have an environment according to my needs.

I should try to initiate a change in the industry

for betterment of the employees.
