All supplies should be labeled with the students name.
(1) One container to store school supplies that will fit in locker
Pencils (traditional preferred; mechanical acceptable)- Give one small box of traditional pencils to your homeroom teacher to be kept in classroom 1 pencil pouch to carry pencils and other writing utensils to class (2) Two LARGE pink erasers Red pens (2) Loose leaf notebook paper- (1 package for the student and 1 to the homeroom teacher) 7th grade ONLY: Colored pencils- you need these for Geography Glue-(7th & 8th only) Markers- give to homeroom teacher Highlighters (several colors) Scissors- ( 8th grade only) Ruler with metric and English units (12) (1) 1" binder for Math with 5 divider tabs with folders (1) large binder/notebook system for History) with (2) divider tabs (4) Three composition books no spiral (2 for Spanish and 2 for Science) (2) Packages of index card for Spanish (3-4) Boxes of Kleenex- give to homeroom teacher 3-4 Rolls of paper towels- give to homeroom teacher P.E. uniform (purchase at Specialty Items Unlimited 424 Huddleston Road, PTC, 770-632-0253 Course 2 and Course 3 students need to supply their own calculator (Algebra 1 students will need a calculator with basic functions including square root and exponent keys). Brown paper [can be paper bags] to cover your textbooks- book sox break the binding (1) One LARGE bottle of hand sanitizer to share with class (7th grade only) (1) box of storage size (gallon or quart size) Ziploc bags (8th grade only) (1) English/Spanish/Spanish/English dictionary (preferably the University of Chicago Education, generally found at Walmart) 1.5" white binder with clear front pocket (for Language Arts) 5 dividers (for Language Arts) Pencil pouch with red pen, blue or black pen, mechanical pencil and large eraser (for Language Arts) Pocket folder with clasps to hold papers (usually $.25 or so) (for Reading class) (1) Container of Clorox wipes (6th and 7th grade)
