27tht May 2013 Dear Colleague ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING You are cordially invited to attend this years AGM. This is being held on Wednesday 19th June at the 13th HQ (St Barnabas, Bromborough Village) at 7.30 for 8.00 pm. There is no parking at the HQ but there is a large public car park on the other side of the road. We welcome nominations for membership of the Bebington District Executive Committee. It will be helpful if you can let me know in advance that you wish to be nominated and provide the names of a proposer and seconder. Nominations can also be accepted at the meeting. Child Education Nepal (CEN UK) This is a local charity and one that the District would like to support. The charity has been set up to raise money for infrastructure and teachers for Nepalese schools. They are fundraising for a sponsored walk to Everest basecamp and as part of this the 13th Group are collecting clean unwanted clothes and blankets for sale and recycling. These are the sorts of items that normally go in charity bags but if you are coming to the AGM, why not bring a bin bag full of old clothes and drag it across the road to the 13th HQ; all in a good cause.
