TexasElectionCode,is requiredto be held on May l,1999, at which time the
voterswill electCity CouncilPlaces3,4 and5; NOW, THEREFORE,

BE IT RESOLVEDBY THE CITY COLINCILOF THE CITY OF PELICAN BAY, TEXAS:

Section1: THAT anelectionis herebycalledto electCity CouncilPlaces3,4 and5 to serve

electionshallbe heldat the City Hall, 1300PelicanCircle,PelicanBay, Texas,
