D50e DSL interface specification for Telenor Networks Nokia D50e is a ATM based Digital Subscriber Line Multiplexer. 1. ADSL OVER ISDN: The eDMT8b3p card (T36335.04) is designed to follow ITU-T G992.1 (06/99) Annex B, but is also compliant to ETSI TS101 388 v1.3.1. For handshaking this card is following ITU-T G994.1 (G.HS) on a port-by-port basis. The eDMT4FI card (E35407.01) is following the pre-standard Legacy ETSI / Alcatel ADSL over ISDN mode. The DSLAM CPE signalng is according to T1.413 issue 2 2. G.SHDSL The eSHDSL card (T36310.01) is compliant to ITU-T G991.2 (02/2001) (Annex A and Annex B). The card is also compliant with ETSI specification ETS TS 101 524 v1.1.3 (11/2001). Note, T36310.01 is using a Globespan Orion chipset with Firmware version as in the table below. Globespan R1.5.1 is stated to be backward compatible with ALL older Globespan SHDSL releases (ie. 1.0 , 1.1 , 1.2 , 1.4 , and 1.5) but best performance is achieved if the CPE code is at least Rev 1.4 or better.
