Community development is a long process that is built step by step. The first step is setting objectives or goals of the program. This step also includes identifying current status related to the program, people who will drive the process, participation of Indigenous community, fund to implement that program, core elements, and reporting timeframes. Development phrase is the next stage of the process. At this stage, there are some phrase should be involved such as establishing working team, learning experience from experts, understanding the program, and ensuring participation of human resources. It also requires reporting and evaluation the program to give recommendations for the next period. To implement the program, there are some core elements which are necessary for this stage. Participants have to be informed before meeting between leaders and coach to the actual program. After that, five-day training will help to develop skills and knowledge such as presenting personalised goals, feedback, support, and group discussion. When the program finished, it is necessary to evaluate benefits of project for community, skills and knowledge which community health workers gain especially whether the program can be run again by the community. Therefore, community capacity building is a complex process and it takes a time consuming.
