The intended audience would be volunteers who would be participating in the 9HealthFair. This project is being done as an internship from Fall 2011 through the end of Spring 2012. I will/am coordinating with Pam Mayhew - volunteer coordinator and Monique Rock with the 9HealthFair. For this project I will be video taping volunteers as they perform their duties during the day of fair. I will then use the recordings and the documented training materials to produce training video that volunteers will look at before the fair to get an idea of what to expect and what volunteering entails. Indicators of success, will be the production of videos that are effective in communicating the information from the training material and that the 9HealthFair coordinators are happy with.
