having doubtful integrity (valid for the current year).

3. No. of Secretarial staff of CIC covered under the agreed list of tainted employees
having doubtful integrity (valid for the current year).

4. No. of complaints under the Right to Information Act 2005 pending with CIC as on 1st
February 2008 for

a. more than six months.

b. more than one year.

5. No. of second appeals under the Right to Information Act 2005 pending with CIC as on
1st February 2008 for

a. more than six months.

b. more than one year.

6. Time-bound plan on establishing CIC Benches at different locations all over India.

7. Status on posting of balance six ICs at CIC New Delhi.

8. Name of CVO of CIC.

Kindly let me know as to in whose name application fee is to be paid to enable me to make the
