ABSTRACT

Planning the structure of a building construction is absolutely necessary. This is because a construction must be fully able to withstand the loads acting on it safely. To be able to plan a safe structure, then in this case I used some of the rules in a structure plan for the bridge, which include PPPJJR - RSNIT-1987 and 02-2005 (Standard for the imposition of the Bridge).

The method used in the form of a basic sequence to solve this classic problem. Among them are the initial data collection, survey and identification of conditions. Where, three processes are necessary to plan a structure.

In planning strutur on prestressed concrete, the writer uses the PCI-Girder with VSL tendons. This is so that when the concrete has a large internal stress of concrete can be offset voltage until the maximum voltage limit. Tendon while the usage is so that the tendon can be a voltage amplifier to its appeal. So basically giving force in the prestressed concrete compressive stress is intended to obtain the cross section of concrete to resist tensile stress due to external loads.
