Students should be able to: Create a report using data from a table Select specified fields from a table to produce a report Group data in a report by choosing a specific field Sort data in a report in ascending or descending order on a specified field Display the title of a report using two lines Perform summary options to display statistics such as sum, average, maximum, minimum Create report using data from a query

Students should be able to: Value the importance of receiving an End of Term Report as a means of evaluating their academic performance. Recognize the importance of producing accurate reports.

Resources & Materials: Multimedia; laptop; X-tray, ActivitySheets1, 2 & 3, Checklist-Activity2 Set Induction (2 mins) Show students an X-tray image and asks them what the purpose of it is. Ask students who perform the X-tray and what is produced to submit to the doctor for use in his/her diagnosis of the patient.
