Raw materials : 1/2 kg beef lean,ground Ingredients : 1/2 teaspoon salt Lettuce 1 Teaspoon phosphate 1/4 c water Tomato 1/2 teaspoon union Beef lean 1 teaspoon graund black pepper PROCEDURE: 1. Select good quality raw materials . Trim and weigh 2. Grind the meat 3. Add salt and phosphate disolve in 1/4 cup of water with the meat and heap well until tacky 4. BURGER 1/2 kg daging sapi tanpa lemak, darat bahan: 1/2 sendok teh garam selada 1 Sendok teh fosfat 1/4 c air tomat 1/2 sendok teh serikat pada daging sapi 1 sdt lada hitam graund PROSEDUR: 1. Pilih bahan baku berkualitas baik. Potong dan timbang 2. Grind daging 3. Tambahkan garam dan fosfat disolve di 1/4 cangkir air dengan daging dan tumpukan baik sampai norak 4. Tambahkan sisa bahan dan tumpukan sampai welol dicampur 5. Dari ke patty, beku dan paket untuk stoge 6. Fry itu akan disajikan dengan roti
