Managers: Please note that the music video clip for Weekend by Keznamdi contains lyrics referencing the illegal use of narcotics (coke) and simulated oral sex at time 2:02 2:04. See link - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Dguy4TY_ejc Regulation 30 of the Television and Sound Broadcasting Regulations state that no licensee shall permit to be transmitted: (A) any matter in contravention of the Laws of Jamaica and (D) any indecent matter. Additionally, the Childrens Code for Programming prohibits material which qualifies for Graphic Sexual Content - S2and includes (B) use of sexual gestures e.g. patting of the genitals or simulation of oral sex. Programs managers are hereby strongly advised against airing the uncensored version of this clip and are cautioned that its egregious transmission will result in public advocacy and intervention.
