OBJECTIVE

My goal is to stay involved in education, through teaching and extending my own learning. I want to provide a safe environment in which each student feels comfortable to become involved in learning. I want to help each individual student meet his or her maximum potential for the development of future citizens. Most of all I strive to help students gain the confidence and self satisfaction they will need to compete in a global society.

As a barista at Starbucks I have been given an opportunity to strengthen my customer service skills, as well as my overall communications skills. The fast paced environment of the store allowed me the chance to confidently improve on keeping calm in an intense and busy environment. These are the most valuable skills Starbucks has given me. I also preform daily tasks, such as making coffee, providing knowledge of our coffee and other products, and maintaing a clean environment for customers to enjoy. ASSISTANT MANAGER, MAMMOTH MUSIC ANCHORAGE ALASKA 2002-2004, 2005-2007 At Mammoth Music I began to learn, and develop customer service skills in sales.
