The victims

Titanic was carrying 2,223 passengers. 1,517 of the passengers died:1,347 were men and only 103 were women. There werent a lot of children on the board of titanic so only 53 children died which was about half the number of children on board.

Titanic Captain Edward John Smith. He refused help from those in lifeboats. His body was never recovered.

Titanic chief designer Thomas Andrews went down with his ship, reportedly last seen staring into space his life jacket on the table beside him. He earlier helped passengers to the lifeboats.

4-Titanics richest passenger, millionaire John Jacob Astor IV, kissed his pregnant wife good-bye as he helped her into a lifeboat. She survived, but JJ died.
