INSTRUCTIONS FOR FILLING ONLINE EXAMINATION FORM

1. Click regular students only for regular examination form Click supplementary students only for supplementary examination form 2. Enter Scholar number 3. Check the student details including Email id 4. If any discrepancy of data is found a. Students are required to fill the data correction form given on www.manite-campus.com. b. Submitted the data correction form to AR(admission) c. Fill the examination and submit only after correction of data 5. After checking the data, supplementary students are required to select the semester for which they are appearing for supplementary examination. 6. Fill the entries as required in examination form 7. Select the subject from drop down list for which student are appearing for the examination 8. If any subject is not appearing in the list a. Check once again the details related to Degree, semester, course and department. b. If everything is correct, choose other from the dropdown menu.

c. Enter subject Name and subject code correctly in the text box provided in front of dropdown menu. 9. Submit the examination form after correct entry of all the required fields. 10. Click the verification link provided at the registered E-mail id. 11. After verification a PDF will be transferred to the same E-mail id. It may take some time to transfer the PDF. 12. Take print out of the PDF and submitted it after affixing Passport size photo along with the signature to the Admission Section. 13. Collect the receipt of Examination form, from admission section.

NOTE: if you are not able to get the PDF please inform to AR admission immediately to avoid any problem.
