Upgrades are supported only for:
Citrix Presentation Server Client 10.200
Citrix XenApp Plugin for Hosted Apps 11.0
Desktop Receiver 11.1, and
Citrix online plug-in 11.1 and 11.2 releases.
Important: You must remove any earlier versions before installing the online plug-in.
