Problem Less employees participation for the organization Its means they was not interesting to performance of the organization when was malhatro given to the employees There was no proper subordination between malthato and employees. Because the malthotro ,who was provide the planning and then impose to the employees but he was not attention what is important and effective on to employees and also he didnt has better relationship with employees and the employees was they didnt have interesting on his this of enhance or improve the branch performance
