Dear Friends, We Sincerely appeal to all of you to support our mission, in getting 1972 CCS pension through legal

means in Supreme court of India, by liberal contribution. As per the suggestion of our friends and well wishers we made an earnest appeal, recently, to friends of Ranchi, who are the custodian of huge amount of money contributed by all of us last year. Their negative response in the form of mail reply is attached herewith for your ready reference. Now, we are left with no other option than to collect the contribution from employees as we did earlier. Since our case is coming for final hearing on 03rd April 2013 and we engage one of the best lawyers in service matters, around Rs 10 lakhs is to be made ready in 10 to 15 days. Kindly make this genuine and honest attempt of getting GOI pension through Writ 518/2012 successful by contributing minimum of Rs. 500/- by every individual. As all the eligible employees may not be in a position to contribute, those who do it please do it liberally as per your capacity. This is the final hearing in the highest court probably the last attempt! kindly support the cause of all for all of us.

Special Note: Let us not be carried away by the propaganda that pension will be feasible through cabinet note being prepared followed by the strike, as two recent cabinet notes during the tenure of previous two Commissioners were futile. Hence, if this WRIT is ignored due to lack of funds, there shall be no point of feeling guilty later for not sparing a meager sum of Rs. 500/- for such a hopeful case of pension.
