    I believe the Creational System needs to have in place an effective real time change monitoring system, if it has to efficiently and effectively achieve the creational objectives. The process of Quantum Superposition along with natures Observational Mechanism may be such a control and monitoring mechanism for Cosmic Performance Management (Karmic Computation). I propose that a truth has been assigned to each smallest time frame (possibly a Planck Frame) which I refer to as the Quantum Truth or Quantum Desired. I refer to the collapsed results of actions/observations performed by living beings/observers as Quantum Actual. I suggest that, God must have deployed Quantum Superposition and the Observational Mechanism as a control mechanism for doing performance management. His mechanism is designed to ensure/achieve the end result of salvation. If God had put everything on free will without any mechanism of control or without a fixed destination, he could possibly never have achieved his objective. His project would have failed.
