Check whether the polarities of the power supply are correctly connected. Check whether the input power range of the DC power cabinet is within the range of - 40VDC - -57VDC. If 220V-AC power supply is adopted, B8200 must be used together with the PSU. Check whether the singlephase voltage is within the range of 200V AC 240V AC, and whether the frequency is span is within the range of 47 Hz 53 Hz.

If fibers are used for the Iub interface connection, check whether fibers are correctly connected from RNC and B8200 to the CC board. If E1 cables are used for the Iub interface connection, check whether the E1 cables between the DDF and B8200 are correctly connected. If FE cables are used for the Iub interface connection, check whether the FE cables between the Switch and B8200 are correctly connected. Check whether the fibers between the B8200 FS board and RRU are correctly connected Check whether the LMT port on the CC board is normal. Connect to the LMT port on the CC board and the PC debugging port with cables Check whether cables to dry contacts, the 232 serial port and the 485 serial port are correctly connected.

Power-on steps
Check whether the equipment is grounded Plug out all of the boards of B8200 except the PM. Set the switch connecting B8200 in the DC power cabinet to ON position. Check whether the RUN LED on the PM board flashes at the frequency of 1Hz, and whether the ALM LED is OFF. Check whether the RUN LED on the FA board flashes at the frequency of 1Hz, and whether the ALM LED is OFF. After the PM is powered on normally and the fan runs normally, insert the CC, BPC, SA and FS boards to see whether they are powered on normally, and whether every LED is in normal status.
Power-off steps
Set the switch connecting B8200 in the DC power cabinet to OFF position.

Power-on steps
Check whether the equipment is grounded After confirming the power cables are correctly connected, set the switch connecting R8840 in the DC power cabinet to ON position. Observe whether the LED status is normal. If there is an indoor lightning protection box, set the switch connecting R8840 in the indoor lightning protection box to ON position. Observe whether the LED status is normal. If there is a power distribution box providing multiple DC-outputs, set the switch connecting R8840 in that lightning protection box to ON position. Observe whether the LED status is normal.
Power-off steps
If there is an indoor lightning protection box, then set the corresponding switch in the indoor lightning protection box to OFF position. If there is no indoor lightning protection box, then set the corresponding switch in the DC power cabinet to OFF position.
