RRRA ELECTIONS OFFICE [ELXN270220130000, DVSM 2000A] Regulations & Penalties for NonCompliance AGENCY: RRRA Elections (RE) ACTION: IMPLEMENTATION OF REGULATION. SUMMARY: The elections office is implementing regulations and informing participants in the 2nd RRRA Election of 2013 or potential participants of changes to previously existing regulation and outlining penalties for noncompliance. The 2nd RRRA of 2013 began February 25th and on February 25th the elections office began implementing and giving public notice of new regulation and/or changes to previously existing regulation. Regulation shall now be codified and public notice of changes to previously existing regulation or of new codified regulation shall be posted to the RRRA website. All regulation previously enacted shall remain in-force unless otherwise stated or amended, regardless of whether or not it is codified or whether or not public notice is posted. The elections office shall have the discretion to award a violation for noncompliance of any regulation. Potential penalties for non-compliance will include, but not be limited to, disqualification of the non-compliant team, revocation of the election refund and/or other measures. All regulations shall remain in-force and shall apply to subsequent elections. Appeals or attempted appeals of regulation shall follow the Electoral Code, and must first be appealed to the CONSTITUTIONAL BOARD, whose decision can be overturned by RRRA COUNCIL. Regulation may be amended or repealed at any time by the CEO. NOTE: This regulation sets out standards during election pertaining to regulations and outlines the consequences of noncompliance by teams but is not to be considered all inclusive and shall be administered alongside the Electoral Code, other regulations set out by the elections office and the interpretations of the Electoral Code as per the CEO and DEO.
