No: 518/2012, tagged with the SLP of Mr. Mishra, pending earlier, was listed on 4th Feb,2013 in the Honble S.C. We are pleased to convey that the Honble Supreme Court issued notice to all respondents due to the invaluable efforts of our Learned Counsel Shri P.P Rao. This is a remarkable achievement of the AIJNVPSF in particular and the employees of JNVs all over India. This mission of CCS(Pension) 1972 is pursued by us only with the active cooperation and financial support of Pune Region and other Regions.
