SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

This Act may be cited as the ObamaCare Repeal

5 Act.

SEC. 2. REPEAL OF THE PATIENT PROTECTION AND AFFORDABLE CARE ACT AND THE HEALTH CARE AND EDUCATION RECONCILIATION ACT OF 2010.

(a) PATIENT PROTECTION

AND

AFFORDABLE CARE

6 ACT.Effective as of the enactment of the Patient Pro7 tection and Affordable Care Act (Public Law 111148), 8 such Act is repealed, and the provisions of law amended 9 or repealed by such Act are restored or revived as if such 10 Act had not been enacted. 11 12 (b) HEALTH CARE

2010.Effective as of the enactment of

13 the Health Care and Education Reconciliation Act of 2010 14 (Public Law 111152), such Act is repealed, and the pro15 visions of law amended or repealed by such Act are re16 stored or revived as if such Act had not been enacted. 17 18
SEC. 3. BUDGETARY EFFECTS OF THIS ACT.

The budgetary effects of this Act, for the purpose of

19 complying with the Statutory Pay-As-You-Go Act of 2010, 20 shall be determined by reference to the latest statement 21 titled Budgetary Effects of PAYGO Legislation for this 22 Act, submitted for printing in the Congressional Record 23 by the Chairman of the Committee on the Budget of the 24 House of Representatives, as long as such statement has 25 been submitted prior to the vote on passage of this Act.
