ATheabilityforreserveflightattendantstobidforoffdaysinPBSisajointeffortofyourSIA boardandmanagement.Thisnewcapabilityenablesreserveflightattendantstobidfora scheduletheybuildratherthanhavingtopickfromthealreadybuiltreservehardlines.This affordstheopportunityforreservestohavemoreflexibilitywiththeiroffdays,ifavailableat theirseniority.
