Sub: A humble appeal to Restrain Yourself from confusing employees through contradictory standards / Communication. Ref: 1. your letter dated 16/1/2013 , Appealing for fund for Writ Petition filed by AINVSA WRIT IN SUPREME COURT W.P.No.556/2012 2. Your letter dated 23/10/2012 Raising of funds for filing petition in SUPREME COURT,AINVSA `s stand regarding.
(Copies attached)

Dear Mr. Reddy, Very regretfully, we inform you that what we read between the lines of your above mentioned two letters is an expression of a double standard attitude. In your letter dated 23/10/2012, you had vehemently criticized the sincere and selfless effort of a group of employees of NVS and their attempt to try for Pension through Supreme Court. To quote some of your words from that letter QUOTES FROM YOUR LETTER DATED 23/10/2012. 1. The AINVSA has serious objections against this initiative of the aforesaid Principals and requests its members not to comply with their circulars on the following grounds. 2. So at this juncture, the Association feels that it is not necessary to file another case which will only be a huge waste of money. 3. Besides, the Association has serious doubts over the haste shown by these officials and their followers in the collection of funds.

4. Hence, the Association requests the members not to surrender to the coercion of the officials and principals by sending contributions. QUOTES FROM YOUR LETTER DATED 16/1/2013.
1. The AINVSA has filed a writ petition in Apex court on behalf of the employees of the Samiti pleading for the extension of the CCS 1972 Pension on a par with their counterparts in KVS and other central government educational institutions. Our writ petition bears the no. 556/2012.

2. Hence, we appeal to you to help us further strengthen the case by sending to us any relevant document(s). Besides since this litigation is our last option through courts to win our Pension demand through legal course, we have to press into service the best of the lawyers to defend our case. We request you to kindly understand the financial aspect of running the case. It is needless to say that we have to go all out to win the case.

3. In the meeting of the AINVSA A.P state Committee that was held in Hyderabad on 0601-2013, It was decided to appeal to all the JNVs across the country to support case financially by requesting for a minimum contribution of Rs.500 from each employee. Accordingly, we request all the units of the vidyalayas to call for a meeting and discuss raising contributions to support the case.

What is evident from these two letters is, your interest for leadership cannot be felt to be without selfish interests. Coming back to the above mentioned letters, it is very clear that, you have a fear of losing your hold or importance if the pension matter comes out successfully without your involvement. Otherwise we dont find any reason for you, who criticized our attempt to file the writ petition, to copy the draft of the same writ and file the same in the Supreme Court at a later date. (It may be noticed that your writ Number is 556/2012 and ours is 518/2012 which clearly shows the filing was done first not by you.) Later, when you felt success of the case is almost sure, you wanted to get the credit of the same. So with the selfish interest of gaining credit of the same you have filed a second writ petition and is now requesting for fund !!!!. Is this not quite

contradictory? Had you not written to all employees, contributing to the writ petition filed, is a waste of money? Then what prompted you to file another writ on pension that too copying the draft of writ filed under the initiation of Pune Region? Whatever be your intentions, it is made clear to your good self that the writ petition (No. 518 /2012)filed in November 2012, is not under the aegis of any Associations. But it is emphasized that the petitioners include all categories of employees drawn from different regions. At the same time, we openly admit that we have welcomed and received all the helps extended by various people belonging to various associations, while filing this writ. Further, we are not thirsty for any credit of winning the case of pension but we are only interested in getting pension for all of us. We are not bothered about even if some one is trying to claim the credit for this cause. Besides, no money has been amassed in the name of this writ petition as it was done at Ranchi . Here, we have collected legitimate amount and the account of the same has been emailed to all schools because we are aware that knowing the details of this account is the basic right of everyone who deposited money into this account. The case at Ranchi is quite unjustifiable and shocking as they had amassed money in huge amount by propagating an individual case as having common nature, and as on now neither ready to publish the details of account nor ready to refund the same. They call the fund as Pension fund, but not willing to spend it for the same, even after repeated appeal. Hence, the employees are lifting the trouble of contributing further for the cause of Pension as they realize there is content and honesty in this attempt. Our only concern and request is not to confuse and confront the employees who are resolved to try for pension, through such contradictory communications. It is sure that such letters are read by the employees of an educational organization who have power of reasoning and has the capacity to realize what is what. The amount they contributed to the writ filed under the initiation of Pune Region, even after your criticizing (letter dated 23/10/2012) justifies that. We did not want to create any rift and were bearing everything silently since the circulation of that letter, thinking, our aim is pension and not any competition. But now we felt speaking to you on the matter is urgent.

As a blessing in disguise, we are sure, your writ Petition is going to strengthen our writ Petition in the Supreme Court. But what is unpleasant is your ugly attempts to criticize others who selflessly and sincerely work for the matter.

Sincerely yours From

The well wishers of writ petition for Pension 518/2012
