2013 To, All Officers, Principals, Vice Principals, Teaching & Non Teaching staff, JNV/RO, Pune as also other candidates from different JNVs of other region. Sir/Madam, We are very glad to inform you that writ petition filed by Pune Region before the Hon. Supreme Court has been posted for hearing for 4th Feb. 2013. The SLP filed by Shri Mishra on individual capacity was also got it tagged alongwith our writ petition as his SLP is pending before Hon. Supreme Court for the last around one year and notice is also yet to be issued, so as to avoid any adverse legal situation. While thanking all the contributors for this noble cause of around 15000 of Navodaya Vidyalaya Employees. We appeal to all of you to contribute the share fixed at vidyalaya wise in respect of our region. We are making a special appeal to the employees of Maharashtra JNVs for contributing the amount of RS. 500/-per employee alongwith Rs. 1000/- by Principals and Vice Principals in respect of the vidyalaya who had not yet contributed. In addition to Rs. 2000/- per JNV fixed earlier we had already circulated the amount already collected and expenses incurred till date. We shall be requiring around 4.5 lacks on 4th Feb. 2013 to pay the senior counsel as well as to meet other expenses. Thanking you. Yours faithfully
