Blessing Mudra

In the Blessing Mudra the divine power will flow through you to the target and at the same time clean the sender.

MUDRA: Palavam Method: Raising the right hand to the level of the shoulder forms this mudra. The divine power will descend through the crown chakra and be emitted through the right hand. Duration: As much as convenient. One blessing will usually take about 3 minutes. Good to practise at least 7 times for the person you bless. Effect. Helps us to overcome all obstacles and to manifest Divine Love in our hearts.

Procedure: These are the 7 steps to follow:

1. In preferable standing position with closed eyes direct your attention and feelings, upon the heavenly Father. * 2. Focus simultaneously at the level of the Heart Chakra in the breast area and the crown chakra. When you will fell uplifted in a state of soft euphoria, then you are ready for the next step. (Do not worry if you do not feel this state in the beginning it will come through practice). 3. Make Palavam Mudra

4. Say the blessing formula in your mind: Heavenly Father I thank you full of humbleness, for the blessing of this person by the name xxx. (Visualize the person) Thanks for bestowing upon him/her Your Supreme Grace. Thy will has been done. Amen.

5. With closed eyes direct your eyes to the Crown Chacra. You may feel energy pouring from above into your crown. When this happens your eyes go back to its normal positions. 6. Gradually the energy will diminish. When it has stopped completely you may put your hand down. 7. Say the following prayer: Heavenly father I thank you for making me the vessel of the manifestation of Your Supreme Grace If you are doing many blessings in a row you only have to repeat step 7 once in the end.

* Heavenly Father is the same as the Highest Self. The words may successfully be substituted with other words depending of which tradition of faith you belong.
