Dear Governor Fischer and Ms Segal: Today I called again your offices, and was positively surprised to learn that a Complaint No 82304/12, filed on August 25, 2012, against Bank HaPoalim, BM, is now registered. Therefore:

a) Request for written confirmation of registration of the complaint, status update,

in re: Complaint No 82304/12 (?) against Bank HaPoalim, BM At the time of filing the complaint I was told that: a) I would receive written confirmation of registration of the complaint, b) The Bank's response would be provided within 21 days, and c) Later, Bank of Israel determination would be issued. Therefore, I write to ask for a, b, and/or c, above, if now available.

b) Addition to the current complaint (if processed), or filing a new complaint.

Earlier today, I forwarded to your offices a copy of a letter, addressed to Mr Jacob Orbach, Chief Internal Auditor of the Bank, detailing the Bank's additional conduct: [1] My access to my own money in various deposit accounts is blocked with no legal foundation, and The Bank refuses to produce pertinent bank records, pertaining to its FATCA-related "New Policy"

Following advice of the office of Ms Segal, I will call tomorrow to consult with her directly regarding the matters above. Jerusalem, January 2, 2013,
