Abstract The main objective of this study is to analyze the relationship of organizational culture and the degree of shaping

learning organization. The object of the study is a private company. The sample of this study is all employee of that company. Result shows that the most dominant culture in the company is learning culture and competitive culture in addition we found out that learning culture has the highest ranking among different types of culture Keywords: Learning Organization, Organizational Culture, Learning Culture, Bureaucratic Culture, Participative Culture, Competitive Culture
