Two hour separation between 2nd & 3rd floors. NEW STAIRS TO THIRD FLOOR (pull down) floor to be used for Mechanical Room only; no Storage in Attic (3rd floor) and No Occupancy allowed. Handrail shall be located on both sides and be a foot beyond top riser. Shall provide Panic Hardware on rear exit doors. Must re-work sprinklers in accordance with nfpa 13.
