Notes for work changes from pitch feedback

Plane does not change to modern plane, stays the same/consistent as the message the surrounds it is still there. Otherwise may change/add unwanted message. So plane stays as wooden plane but undergoes environmental/physical changes of WWII events only! (Nazi symbols, red colouring, damage) Animation does not finish with atomic bomb going off due to link still with WWII and Hiroshima. Needs to be completely unlinked otherwise still seems like WWII events rather than a change of era. Killing off of boy character through fading so as not to be violent shocking way but rather sad and moving. Replacement of this boy character with other boy (1950s boy). Suggestion of 1950s rather than atomic bomb and suggestion of destruction going to happen again. Plane stays during 1950s change. (1st boy dies in concentration camp but plane is found on ground by new boy) Perhaps he cleans it up so its all new again Return of equilibrium then hint of disturbance going to happen again, war is a never ending story. (Like the bread not changing in the Hovis advert) There are no transitions to start the animation. Rather the first setting is already there just like how a play starts. This will stop it feeling like the world of our animation is already disrupted. (Zoom out of candle light to inside house) Some transitions shouldnt be used as much. (Growing from ground) Be clever with different ways but keep simple. Experiment with inclusion of white space. Mood of animatic through the art direction is effective. Think of ways to incorporate something like this into art direction of animation. Perhaps black/grey pencil like/scratchy outlines and white/light grey inside. More simplified. Solid but scratchy.
