Relay for Life Involvement - Erica

Date of event: Sunday, April 3 Erica will email everyone with more details of the activity, and further information will be put on the ACS website, and link can be shared with friends and family Purpose of this activity is raising money Overnight for fun?

Student/Faculty Recognition Awards

We plan to award faculty who are liked by students, especially those who provide mentorship and advice to students The purpose of this award is to encourage the communication between students and faculty Currently, the plan is to use paper comment cards Also discussed the appropriate time of professor evaluations in order to make it more effective o Ali will advise Professor Feldman about the idea to change the time of evals from the end of the quarter to the middle of the quarter

Mixer of Planning Students of Southern California

We plan to make a USC, UCLA, and UCI tri-school mixer like last year

T-Shirt Update/Fundraising

Erica's friend who runs a t-shirt company will help us Ali showed current T-shirt design o Concept is "I walk/bike OC" o Details such as color and size were discussed

Ali is going to pre-order these shirts
