.. In a common law system, the tribunals decision
stands even though the justices have been impeached. The decision is precedent unless and until a future tribunal overturns it.
Though the Hluttaw may have the power to impeach judges, it
does not have the power to overturn judicial decisions, which is
purely judicial business, not legislative. Clearly, the 2008 constitution contemplates that arrangement.

Section 322 gives the

constitutional tribunal the power to interpret the constitution, and

Section 324 says that decisions of the tribunal shall be final and
conclusive.
