The release of names, ages, grades, with photographs, artwork, writing or other school work, report card and any other documents between schools and universities to the media for publicity purposes. The use of names and/or photographs for displays in the school, newsletters and yearbooks. If you do not consent to the release of information for these purposes, please inform the Principal in writing within 20 days. , I authorize EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE for Project Shine, Educational Division to have full access to my bank account, student account at Canadore College and my personal and academic information (including but not limiting to name, age, photographs, grades, academic records and school work) for purpose of registering for Canadore College, paying tuition fees, reporting my studying and living status to my parents, applying for my student visa and other matters related to my study and living in Canadore College. I have also read the tuition fees schedule. I understand that 1. The registration fee is non-refundable. 2. Tuition fees will be paid according to the fees schedule. 3. All fees are subject to change without notice. 4. If an international students visa application is rejected by the Canadian Embassy, the tuition fees, other fees and/or dormitory residence fees will be refunded only if the original rejection letter from the Canadian Embassy, Refund Application Form and School Tuition Fee Receipt are provided. The school reserves the right to withhold a CAD200 Registration Fee and a CAD300 Administration Fee. 5.
