Motion to ratify the Constitution for Indiana Free State Motion to adopt the Declaration of Independence as one of our founding documents Motion to adopt the Articles of Confederation as one of our founding documents. Motion to adopt the temporary State Seal Motion to adopt Notice to Hague. Motion to join the Union of other states. Have record keeper sign and a notary certify the minutes Determine who will get documents apostiled, with witnesses, and make at least three quality copies of the documents.
