Wigan/Leigh Back to Netball League

Dates of League fixtures: October 6th 2012 November 10th 2012 December 1st 2012 Future dates will be communicated to teams on a 3 month cycle. There will be one set of fixtures per month. Venue: Leigh Indoor Sports Centre, Sale Way, Leigh, WN7 4JY Entry Fees (per team): 15 entry into the league (which covers England Netball affiliation) 20 per game week Event Format: All matches will be 2 halves of 10 mins and regular netball rules will apply. The league will be played in groups of four teams, with teams guaranteed at least 3 matches per game week. Winners from groups will be promoted for the next game week and the team finishing bottom will be relegated. If a team is unable to play on any given game week, they will be relegated one division. Each team will be required to provide one umpire per game week. If enough umpires are present, two may be used. Conditions of Entry: The league can be entered by players and teams that have previously, or are currently involved in the Back to Netball programme.
