ICSI is an independent, non-profit organization that helps its members provide evidence-based

health care services to people in Minnesota and surrounding states. ICSI is comprised of 56
medical groups, and is sponsored by six Minnesota and Wisconsin health plans. Its demonstrated
collaborative and innovative processes enable ICSI to unite diverse stakeholders in the health
care system to deliver patient-centered and value-driven care.

As the leading regional health care collaborative, ICSI has recently expanded the scope of its
work to help lead the transformation of Minnesota’s health care system.
