Young People Awards Day 2012

Once again this year, Merseyside County will be hosting a Young Peoples Award Day to recognise all those young people who have achieved their Top Awards in the last twelve months. The system for booking this year is simple. Follow these six steps to a successful booking ! Step 1 : Go to www.merseysidescouts.com - click the events tab at the top and then select Young Peoples Award Day Step 2 : Download a Registration Form and either post it or e-mail it to County Ofce by no later than Sunday the 14th October Step 3 : Once the 14th October has passed, we will e-mail you an Award Names Conrmation Form - you will need to complete the list of names of all the young people you are bringing Step 4 : You return the completed Award Names Conrmation Form by e-mail to County Ofce by no later than Sunday 6th November Step 5 : We will e-mail you the nal details, along with a letter for you to give to those members you are bringing Step 6 : You attend the day !
Please note : that the closing date for sending in the registration form may be brought forward from the 14th October should the numbers attending exceed the maximum allowed in the venue.
