    Refusal Letter Dear Mr.

    , Please accept my sincere thanks for offering me the opportunity to attend the Intensive Course on Human Centred Approaches in Biomedical Engineering from 5th to 24th September 2010 at Jade Jochschule - University of Applied Sciences in Wilhelmshaven, Germany. It is my great interest in the new and practical topics of the course. Moreover, Germany is an attractive country with a special cultural identity that I always desire to visit. However, I cannot manage to attend the course due to my business trip to Canada from 11th to 20th, July, 2010, which holds half of the Course. This has been a difficult decision for me because I am highly interested in the Course and getting to contemplate Germany.
