Waverley and District Tennis Association Player Applications close Saturday 4th August 2012
Season Commences Competition Fee Format WDTA (SATURDAY PM) Saturday 13th October, 2012 $40 per player to be paid with application Competition Fee is $50 if paid after Saturday 4th August Home & Away competition On rotation an outside venue for home matches may be used Matches commence at 1 pm

The Competition Fee is to be paid with this form by the closing date otherwise a higher fee applies and late applications may not be placed in a team. Team selection will be based on the competition formats decided by WDTA, a combination of individual past performances, tennis ability, requests and the desired team combinations of ALL players. Accordingly not all requests can or will be satisfied.
