Dr. Berg talks about intermittent fasting and your dog. Dogs were not designed to consume frequent meals. In the wild, they may have 1 meal a day. Every time you feed your dog or give it a treat, you spike insulin. If you only feed your dog 1-2x per day, it will be healthier and reduce inflammation, arthritis, diabetes and other problems. One really healthy dog food is called Orijen and can be found at Chewy's pet store. I have no affiliation and get no compensation from recommending this dog food FYI.
